Once you have mastered the basics, Keeper’s Toll introduces unique enemy archetypes, intricate bosses, and fresh mechanics that will challenge any worthy hero.

I've kind of just hit a wall in Core Keeper. I've defeated all the bosses you can summon easily, and now I'm stuck with finding emeralds, rubys, or whatever else items that only spawn from RNG sources around the map just to have one attempt at Titans.

4. Anti-Melee boss design - A lot of the bosses in this game just feel like they were designed to be played with a Ranged weapon, which is fine, but why not give the option to a Melee class to also be able to deal damage from range. This isnt the biggest problem in the early game, its annoying, but its fine.

The patch introduces several balancing improvements. Bosses now drop at least one piece of equipment or a weapon.

Start digging through the walls around you, aiming for any shiny stuff. This will get you some dirt and ore, so craft your furnace at the workbench. That allows you to melt the copper ore to upgrade your pickaxe and craft a sword to take care of some of the slimes you might see nearby.

But beating bosses also drops good items, unlocks gear, weapons and other things that make it easier to explore and deal with randomly spawned enemies; the statues also act like a crafting workbench, each offering up 3 additional items to craft. Crafting and Items[edit]

Grow your garden, fish in mysterious waters, master a vast array of recipes, raise and care for animals, encounter the Cavelings, and carve out your own unique world in an enchanting underground adventure.

Enemy Spawns: Enemies are unintentionally spawning outside of enclosed rooms when their spawners are inside. This is enough to give anybody agoraphobia and it's not intended at all!

Personally I'm recommending the game for solo players (no personal experience with multiplayer yet). I enjoyed it a lot, I found it quite polished for an Early Access game, and with more contet coming, it's bound to get even better.

Generally speaking, it's a good idea to place Core Keeper Gameplay your base near the Core. The Core has a Waypoint which can teleport you to other areas, and crafting your own Waypoints and Portals is expensive.

Once you find Glurch, you'll want to try to clean up the area near this massive monster. Pick up any slime tiles on the ground and kill any enemies in the area. Then, move in toward Glurch and start dealing damage.

How long is Core Keeper? When focusing on the main objectives, Core Keeper is about 26½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 144 Hours to obtain 100% completion.

Boss order and world exploration are theoretically quite flexible, given this is a sandbox game. There is currently only one solid gate to progress: defeating the first 3 bosses. Which separates this guide into two parts.
